We met Axel a few years ago when we worked on a video for Pulaumi together. We got along so well right from the start, and he managed to capture the essence of our brand completely.
Axel inspired us so much; not only with his art that he created behind the lens but also in his longboarding style, gracefully enjoying his passion.
We loved the idea of creating a capsule collection together, as he’s a person that emits good vibes and embodies the concept of a person who not only loves life, but also lives from their passion and teaches others the same. For us he is Pulaumi Soul.
ABOUT AXEL MASSIN
“I feel complete whenever I have a board under my feet. Although I love water and snow, growing up in Paris, concrete is what I got to practice on the most so longboard dancing became my main way to express myself. After competing for a few years and becoming French champion, I now dedicate mostly to teaching and to my second passion, capturing movement and telling stories with my cameras. I wanted the flower to be the theme of this capsule, because I think it represents what we all have inside: something beautiful that only wants to grow but needs to be protected.”
